Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all SAP-related developments, integrations, and system enhancements.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP architecture, development, and customization, as well as experience with new technologies.
• You will be expected to lead technical projects, manage a team of developers, and ensure seamless integration across various systems.
• Lead and manage the technical development of SAP-related projects and integrations.
• Ensure system enhancements and developments are aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Take ownership of SAP integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, including SAP BTP, to recommend and implement improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a SAP Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong expertise in SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, UI5) and integration technologies (IDocs, OData, APIs, etc.).
• Experience with SAP BTP and other cloud-based solutions is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and/or others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
