SAP Solution Manager


We are seeking an experienced SAP (Presales) Solution Manager to lead the design, demonstration, and presentation of integrated SAP solutions that address client needs. This role is pivotal in the sales cycle, focusing on crafting innovative and competitive SAP solutions while supporting the business development process. You will collaborate with sales teams, technical experts, and delivery teams to drive successful bids, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.


Responsibilities:


Presales Activities:


  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives through discovery meetings and workshops.
  • Design and present tailored SAP solutions, including live demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions, to showcase the value and alignment of SAP offerings with client needs.
  • Manage the RFI and RFP response process, ensuring that proposals align with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft winning strategies and close deals successfully.

Solution Design:


  • Develop comprehensive SAP solutions that incorporate multiple modules and functionalities, including S/4HANA, Ariba, Hybris, Sales Cloud, and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure the proposed solutions are best practices, and technically viable.
  • Align solutions with SAP Activate methodologies and integrate technical and financial scenarios to support client decision-making.

Collaboration and Leadership:


  • Work closely with Atos practices, delivery teams, and external partners to create winning proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to Atos team, enabling effective business and growth planning.
  • Drive alignment between sales strategies and delivery capabilities to ensure successful project implementation.

Market Awareness:


  • Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor landscapes to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Provide feedback to product managers on client requirements and emerging needs.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years in SAP implementation, solutioning, and presales activities across multiple SAP modules (preferably SAP Logistics).
  • Involvement in at least 3 end-to-end lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in designing complex solutions with SAP components such as S/4HANA, Ariba, Hybris, Sales Cloud, and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong track record of working with international clients.
  • Expertise in SAP presales processes, including live demos and proof-of-concept creation.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies for requirement management and solution modeling.
  • Ability to combine technical expertise with financial acumen to provide decision-making scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business fluency in English.
