• Database Governance: Provide expertise in database governance and best practices, encompassing managing Salesforce data externally, implementing stored procedures, overseeing data transfers, and effectively managing historical data.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute technical enhancement recommendations to projects within the team, encompassing configuration improvements, security settings, data protection, user acceptance, and the evaluation of new Salesforce products.

• Design Led UX Approach: Usability and efficiency within systems are an integral part of the design process. Actively incorporating this into solutioning to ensure high user engagement and adoption.

• Effective Communication and Stakeholder Alignment: Adapt communication styles to engage stakeholders at various levels, utilizing diverse visual representation methods to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely. Additionally, proactively engage with stakeholders to advocate for compatible processes and prevent the over- customization of solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term sustainability.

• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients or business partners to understand their objectives and provide guidance on how Salesforce solutions can meet their goals effectively.

• Project Leadership: Demonstrating leadership qualities in decision-making and problem-solving.

• Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to team members, fostering skill development and growth.

• Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends, and provide guidance on their potential application to enhance solutions.

•Certifications: Maintain relevant Salesforce certifications to ensure proficiency and credibility in the field.

• Business Acumen: Understand the broader business context and how Salesforce solutions impact overall business operations and goals.

• Years of Experience: A Salesforce Solution Architect should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Industry Experience: Notable experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning and their applications in Service, Manufacturing, and Maintenance industries is beneficial.
• References and Case Studies: Strong references and a portfolio of successful Salesforce projects, showcasing the ability to deliver tangible results.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and familiarity with Salesforce platform features and limitations.
• Data Driven Approach: Comfortable using analytical methods to identify best fit solutions and using tools such as Excel and SQL to achieve this.
• Development lifecycle: Confidently be able to navigate the development lifecycle, from managing emerging demand to system optimization.
• 3rd Party Applications: Tested experiencing of integrating and advising on external applications compatible with Salesforce, to achieve non-standard Salesforce functionality.
• Way of working: Exceptional skills in analytical development and problem solving. Versed in agile methodology/processes; Bringing in strong interpersonal and communication skills; Team-oriented work.
• Certificates: The candidate should hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Additional certificates such as Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant Certification, Platform Developer 1 and Service Cloud Consultant certification. Business Analyst certification is a plus.
• Language: Fluent written and spoken English. German is an advantage.
