Role:


Provide administrative and sales support to Outside & Inside Sales with no customer portfolio.


Responsibilities:


  • Support Customers in the utilization of digital pricing tools,
  • Handle quotation requests received by Outside and Inside sales,
  • Follow-up customers regarding quotations sent to them,
  • Support outside and inside sales on a dedicated portfolio of customers,
  • Promote Group products, Non-Maritime products, tools, and services (i.e e-Commerce, intermodal, value-added products, value-added services, contract logistics, supply chain services, etc.) and support on digital platforms,
  • Contribute to dispute resolution in coordination with pricers (Freight & DDSM claims)
  • Back-up for Outside & Inside Sales,
  • Reports to the Sales Support Supervisor.

Requirements and Specific Skills:


  • University Degree from related departments
  • Customer, product, and market knowledge
  • Sales techniques and pricing knowledge
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
  • Account & Portfolio Management skills
  • Time Management skill
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good computer, software, and IT applications skills
  • Fluent English both written and verbal
  • Able to work in the office 4 days per week (hybrid) in Istanbul
