Your Role In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for winning, retaining, and developing long lasting customers across our Road Logistics services. Your Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing customers in the field of Road Logistics.
- Acquire new customers by effectively presenting our comprehensive product portfolio.
- Prepare and manage quotations, customer presentations, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and deliver excellent service.
- Guide the implementation of new business, serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Secure customer loyalty by delivering high-quality products and exceptional service.
- Conduct joint visits with Product and BD teams to enhance customer retention.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services in Seafreight, Airfreight, and making cross-selling activities.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (Freight Forwarding preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience sales experience in logistics or a similar industry.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, with fluency in Turkish and communicative English.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of adaptability, time management, and a positive mindset.
- Willingness to travel and visit customers on a daily basis.
