A Day in the LifeJob Specific Summary
We offer you a position where as a seasoned Sales Representative you will demonstrate quality in Medtronic’s CathLab solutions in any of the CRM; CAS; Coroner; Peripheral and Tavi areas. In additional to your technical support, you will be responsible to achieve business targets and you will execute on various strategies to develop and grow your business and maintain/increase market shares for the public segment Cath Lab department, one of the largest business models newly identified within the scope of Project Future.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for the Operating Unit strategy: development and execution of plans for centres within the assigned sales territory, driving and ensuring alignment of sales and service targets.
- Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within assigned geographic area and/or specific customer account to meet or exceed targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
- Identify growth opportunities, ensure the collection of market and competitive data, trends and metrics, ensure inventory management.
- Provide technical support, information and demonstration of related Medtronic products.
- Responsible for managing the tender process in state and university hospitals as well as managing the order process for DMO.
- Work in coordination with KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) physicians in order to meet their expectations.
- Ensure rapid adaptation into the field with the new products and models while managing the allocation, order and forecast processes of products.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 4+ years of demonstrated Angio Lab experience as well as experience with CRM – CAS – CRDN – Peripheral – Tavi – Aortic product groups.
- Previous experience with Tender management processes.
- Previous experience working with KOL physicians.
- Acknowledged education and degree in relevant field/discipline required
