How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The goals of this position are to ensure that the regional growth objectives are met and to improve efficiency in the region. In this role it is also expected from you to focus on customer accounts profitability and to control payments reliability as well as customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the position:
- To implement the regional sales plan within his/her area
- To lead a regular prospection activity
- To develop sales through offer selling and new customer acquisition
- To negotiate the "Air Liquide offer" and to sign contract with the customers
- To build customer loyalty, to maintain and to improve sales knowledge in the spesific region
- To increase the value of existing sales

Are you a MATCH?Required Qualifications And Competencies:
- Graduated from engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Food, etc.) or business / economics departments
- Native Turkish speaker and fluent in English
- Experienced in industrial product sales, knows industry dynamics very well and worked in the trade of valuable goods
- Lives in İzmir/Manisa or is willing to relocate to İzmir/Manisa
