• Managing the order process of its domestic and international customers
• To get customer orders and enter the SAP system, to follow up all the order process until they are shipped.
• To get necessary actions for timely dispatch of orders in coordination with other support units.
• To be in constant communication with the relevant units regarding the resolution of customer complaints.
• Carrying out studies to increase customer satisfaction
• Integrating new projects for customers into the system and ensuring their follow-up.
