Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager and a great team player to join our team. 
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans as well as leading brand awareness and forging strong relationships with clients. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve company's financial targets. Sales Manager duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, and leading Commencis in the right direction.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets while expanding the customer base and fostering strong, long-term client relationships, 
  • Drive the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities to support the company's commercial objectives, 
  • Develop and implement tactical marketing plans for niche sales kits, ensuring effective delivery to relevant industry sectors, 
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights, adapting sales strategies accordingly, 
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s portfolio in international markets, 
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets and emerging industries, 
  • Regularly update sales activities and pipeline for management reporting, 
  • Contribute to branding strategy development and market positioning efforts, 
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and prospects, managing relationships at both commercial and technical levels,
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and expositions. 

Qualifications


  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the technology or digital sector, with a focus on technology services, is required, 
  • Proven experience in international sales and partnership development, preferably within the EMEA region, 
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth, 
  • Experience working with Pre-Sales teams, 
  • Experience with Account Management, upselling and cross selling, 
  • Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation, 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels, 
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process from planning to closing deals, 
  • Strong understanding of competitive positioning and value-based selling, 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive teams.
