Job Description:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand market share.
  • Prepares and maintains updated account plans for major accounts and prospective accounts found within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitors closely all activity at each customer and prospective customer location and reports on expansions, closings, business trends, and all other factors impacting volume levels.
  • Conducting initial contact and subsequent sales calls to accounts, selling and establishing relationships necessary to produce first time and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including internal sales, production, quality, and supply chain to address customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintains detailed customer files (share, relative quality, relative price, specifications, contacts, competitor, etc.) on an ongoing basis.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Ensuring discussions with customers for price updates related to market, raw material changes, etc., updating prices based on company goals and market raw material prices, and reporting relevant price changes to the internal sales unit and accounting.
  • Manage sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software or other tools.
  • Managing and analyzing profitability for customer base
  • Preparation and updating of periodic sales reports.
  • Determining sales and marketing policies together with the Country Sales Manager
  • Planning and implementing customer visits.
  • Coordinating product development, optimization efforts, and technical support
  • Receiving and evaluating customer claims; distributing and analyzing with relevant departments. In case of the low performance of the product, the Sales Manager should have (basic) technical knowledge to assist the customer in resolving issues.
  • Communicating prices calculated by the cost expert to customers in line with the strategy determined by the Country Sales Manager
  • Assists division marketing with trade shows, conventions, and trade association meetings as requested.
  • Protects assets, confidential and restricted information, developments, specifications, materials, legal obligations, and other such data in contacts with external parties.
General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field (Master’s Degree is preferred).
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales and customer management in industrial markets (preferably in the textile, paper, packaging sectors).
  • Proficient spoken and written English skills is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical thinker and solution-oriented, with strong persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, successful interpersonal relationships, and possess good planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicator able to work with individuals at different levels.
  • Time management and sense of prioritization.
  • Candidates must have proven success of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
