We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth,
- Identify business opportunities, expand the customer portfolio, build relationships with potential clients, and generate new sales opportunities,
- Review all major deliverables (e.g., strategic briefs, functional specs, technical specs) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met,
- Work closely with the Project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status, and to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project,
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align product improvements with market needs and customer feedback,
- Provide regular, two-way communication between clients and the team to ensure strong team representation and proper client expectations are set and met,
- Support the continued expansion of our customer base in the region and neighboring countries through effective after-sales customer account management,
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and improve sales processes,
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Telecommunication, Computer, Electric or Electronic Engineering fields,
- MBA is a plus,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or relevant industries,
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,
- Strong negotiation skills with a motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent attitude,
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events,
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must,
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools,
- High level of business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics and customer needs,
- International sales experience is a plus.
