Job Description

•Responsible for identifying new approaches for solving business problems related to growth,


•Partner to Sales through data-based insights into the current and forward-looking state of sales to drive strategic & tactical action to achieve business goals,


•Decide and follow up of KPI sets for key initiatives,


•Assist in design, coordination and implementation of local/regional/global sales force effectiveness projects,


•Determine segmentation of HCPs and call targets & sales quotas of sales team by using SFE tools,


•Provide necessary support in territory alignment, Segmentation, target setting, incentive/sales target calculation processes,


•Review actual monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance of medical aesthetic brands, following global & local KPIs and guide sales function and implement timely actions accordingly,


•Assist pre-launching activities of upcoming products.



Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience,


•Minimum 2 - 3 years of Sales Force Effectiveness or BI experience,


•Solid knowledge on relevant MS Office Programs,


•Knowledge on Sales Force Excellence tools and systems,


•Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail,


•Excellent oral and written communication skills,


•English language proficiency verbally and in writing,


•Proven working experience as a data analyst,


•Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques,


•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
