ICRON Technologies is expanding rapidly, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive who will focus on acquiring new customers.


The successful candidate will strategically develop ICRON’s B2B SaaS product market and create selling opportunities with an emphasis on revenue generation. This brand-new position requires an entrepreneurial self-starter who is familiar with enterprise software sales and has a demonstrated


As one of the early members of this new product line, you'll be able to shape the future of it, having the luxury of being part of a well-established corporate who is one of the global leaders of it’s domain.


Responsibilities


  • Qualifying prospects as per sales plan and budget
  • Assesing needs of customers
  • Handling customer presentations, quotes, RFIs and RFPs
  • Offering products and services to qualified customers
  • Building sales activities in CRM software
  • Managing multiple and complex projects simultaneously
  • Achieving and reporting on key KPIs agreed.

Qualifications


  • Holds a university degree or above
  • Has 3-5 years of IT/Software Sales experience with proven track record in a fast-paced & highly competitive market.
  • Top communicator both in Turkish & English (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable in sales-pitch and negotiating
  • Quick learner & customer oriented
  • Great team player, enjoys collaborating with others
  • Loves interacting with others and building on long-term relationships
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales enablement tools (CRM, etc.)
  • Technically savvy, easily adapts new technologies
