Job Description

As a Portfolio Account Director at Yemek Sepeti, you will be responsible for the holistic management of restaurant partners, driving growth, and optimizing commercial product sales. You will lead a large team focused on enhancing restaurant performance and profitability through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies.


Reports to: Chief Sales Officer


  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless partnership and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance key performance metrics such as fail rate, open hours, logistics and vendor funded contribution.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a large team to achieve set goals and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and initiatives with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and partner feedback to recommend improvements or new initiatives that will drive partner satisfaction and business growth.
  • Drive sales of commercial products, including Joker, cost-per-click (CPC) campaigns, and other vendor funded products, while optimizing the efficiency of these partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the food delivery or restaurant industry.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing large teams.
  • Proficiency in strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with partners and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in channel management and optimizing commercial tools in alignment with company OKRs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales of commercial products and managing vendor relationships.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and their impact on business growth.
