About the role


We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Turkey. This strategic leadership role will drive growth and market share, guiding a dedicated team of sales professionals to success.


You will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive market strategy, steering key pursuits, and fostering strong customer relationships to deliver results that matter. We offer the chance to lead with purpose, shape the market, and collaborate with industry leaders.


Area of responsibility


  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute multi-year account and market strategies, drive market adaptation, and optimize our sales footprint within Turkey.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team and partner network. Set targets, conduct appraisals, and promote personal and professional growth.
  • Business Operations: Oversee business planning, pipeline management, and, ensuring all sales activities align with Siemens’ compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Sales Execution: Champion value-selling methodologies, leverage CRM tools (like Salesforce), and drive successful customer engagements, focusing on industry solutions.
  • Market Representation: Represent Siemens at industry events, marketing functions, and customer boards to build trust and expand influence.

Key Requirements:


  • Proven Experience in value-selling strategies, including the Challenger approach.
  • Sales Acumen: Track record of managing and closing complex sales cycles, ideally within industrial software.
  • People & Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and customer-centric execution.
  • Business & Commercial Savvy: Strong analytical, negotiation, and business management skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience in digital industry solutions, Design, Simulation, and Manufacturing software
  • The ability to multitask and work in complex environment with various projects and initiatives going on at one.

What You Bring


  • A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing) or equivalent work experience.
  • A passion for leading, innovating, and driving results.
  • Fluency in Turkish and business-level English proficiency.
