ICRON WFM Employee Scheduling Software is a fastgrowing SaaS solution. Our solution helps businesses streamline workforce management, optimize productivity, and enhance employee satisfaction. We serve a diverse range of industries, including retail, healthcare, hospitality, and facility management.
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in B2B SaaS sales, a proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams, and a deep understanding of the employee scheduling or workforce management market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
· Establish strong C-level relationship management based on knowledge of customer business requirements.
· Leverage supporting organizations including Marketing, Business Development, Partners and Alliances to funnel pipeline.
· Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and
demonstrations of our WFM solutions.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts in alignment with company policies and financial targets.
· Collaborate with the marketing, product and customer success teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product capabilities.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering. An advanced degree is a plus.
· 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong background in B2B software sales, preferably in workforce management, HR tech, or employee scheduling solutions.
· Strong knowledge of workforce management processes and software solutions from competitors.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on new customer acquisition.
· Experience working with enterprise retail, healthcare and services companies as customers and prospects.
· Experience working with Microsoft and SAP as alliance partners.
· Proficiency in HubSpot and data-driven sales decision-making.
· Strong executive presence and a results-driven mindset.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions.
· Fluent in Business English with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
