Sales Development Representative (SDR)


We're looking for a passionate SDR to join our client’s dynamic team. Our client is the world's first AI-powered SaaS platform that offers tools for energy monitoring, efficiency, and carbon tracking. They provide smart solutions to the energy sector, enabling businesses to be more conscious and efficient at every step. By combining IoT technology, data-driven insights, and climate-conscious strategies, they empower businesses to achieve sustainability goals. They help companies create strategic roadmaps to achieve their sustainability goals through millions of data points in their platform and advanced AI.


In this role, you'll proactively identify and connect with potential clients, generating leads and building meaningful, long-term relationships that support business growth and sustainability goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new opportunities in Turkey and global markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through outbound sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
  • Book meetings for the sales team by converting prospects into qualified leads
  • Track market trends and share feedback with the team

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Experience in global sales and opening new markets is highly preferred.
  • Ability to research, prospect, and generate new leads from scratch.
  • Full proficiency in HubSpot is required.
  • Experience with Lusha and similar sales tools is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the world.
  • Driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
