Job Description
- Prepare technical concept, system design and presentation kit for major applications incl. benefits and application notes
- Assist BU Sales Team in explaining concepts to end-users and influencers in the country (cluster)
- Assist BU Sales Team in system design and presentation of solutions to key system integrators in the country (cluster)
- Get involved and work out specification, tender documents and bill of material incl. budgetary quotes for individual project leads also on request of Sales Channel Management
- Support upon request in final installation and commissioning phase in the country (cluster)
- Design solutions for key verticals and large projects across BUs and including 3rd party components in the country (cluster) Support on component integration questions in the country (cluster)
- Support Sales Team in realization of (regional/global) projects
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries)
- Plan, prepare and execute proof of concept tests (cross BU) in the country (cluster)
- Technical customer support from initial system design up to and including commissioning support
- Observe the market to ensure together with BT-BU/MKP that the local BT product offer is compliant with legal requirements in the field
- Regularly provide updates on our BU portfolios and new design tools to key customers
- Ensure that CSO relevant internal and external target groups achieve defined knowledge level
- Conduct basic and advanced training modules for the BU with internal and external target groups, e.g. webinars, face to face
- Evaluate and report local product training activities/success based on defined KPIs
- Align training needs, content and improvements with BU MKK Teams
- Manage Trainings in LMS and coordinate administrative tasks related to LMS
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Fluent in English & Turkish
- At least 5+ year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and video systems business unit.
- Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
- Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills
- High degree of self-motivation & accuracy performs well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result- orientation, self-organization.
