We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be assigned as a "Sales and Business Development Executive" in the Job Security business line.

  • Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities •
  • At least two years of experience would be desirable • 
  • Experience working in the Quality Management system certification field – ISO 9,14,45 and GFSI system certification products specific to the food sector (BRCGS Food, IFS, etc.) 
  • Good working knowledge of sustainability (ISO 14064, ISO 14046, FSC, ISO 50001, etc.) would be desirable 
  • Advanced level of English 
  • Have analytical thinking skills  
  • Successful in planning, organization and reporting 
  • High communication skills and advanced relationship management 
  • Dynamic and confident

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Business Assurance to develop assurance services in the business line, certification unit, especially quality management system, food safety management system and sustainability-related products and services, and to maintain sales activities 
  • To follow the sectoral developments and opportunities 
  • To make existing processes efficient and effective and to develop projects to meet customer needs  
  • To be in contact with the departments while the relevant project is being carried out and to represent the business processes 
  • To conduct sectoral research related to business processes, to follow the developments and opportunities and to present them to the management 
  • To play an active role in making sales strategies more effective and useful 
  • To realize the sales targets determined by the management team 
  • To organize monthly sales activity report
