Your Role The Road Logistics Sales Representative is responsible for winning new accounts within the assigned branch office territory. The position is also responsible for maximizing sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies, and for achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business. Your Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for Kuehne + Nagel solutions and service sales, with a special focus on Road logistics sales.
- Develop and maintain an existing customer portfolio.
- Identify and acquire new customers through active sales efforts (hunting).
- Assess prospective accounts as Profitable, Significant, or Strategic to secure winning bids.
- Meet or exceed Sales Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) targets.
- Perform all aspects of the sales process and update relevant activities in Kuehne+Nagel systems (QT, Corelog) daily.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with customers and maintain strong communication with Operations teams.
- Develop expertise in Kuehne + Nagel Systems & Solutions and introduce IT solutions to customers.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Operations Department.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Logistic.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a proven ability to acquire new customers.
- Solid understanding of Road Logistics operations and sales processes.
- Ability to work closely with internal teams and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Turkish.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
