Job Description

  • Responsible for mobile networks (LTE-5G) E2E performance management, follow network and drive test KPIs and achieve targeted values.
  • Responsible for Service Quality Improvement. Especially 5G and LTE services including VoLTE, VoNR, Data optimization etc.
  • Responsible for RF Optimization and network tuning.
  • Will be interface with customer and owner of network performance related issues in responsibility area.
  • Responsible for drive test and network KPIs cluster optimization and acceptance activities
  • Learning and implementing technical cases, new features and offer parameter changes, providing support to customer on technical scenarios.
  • Responsible for RF planning and site selection techniques. (Nominal plan, re-plan, RSD, capacity, dimensioning etc.)
  • Work with regional operator engineers frequently. Learn, adapt and implement new features and technologies in 5G networks.
  • Lead and support drive test subcontractors.
