Marsh McLennan Turkey is seeking candidates forResilience Manager for Marsh Advisory Team based in the Istanbul office!

An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Manager to join our Advisory team at Marsh. The successful applicant will lead strategic risk engagements with a diverse range of clients.

This role will involve collaborating with clients to assist them in identifying and analysing risk and impact on business continuity. This position is suited for a seasoned professional in Risk Consulting who works independently with minimal supervision.

We will count on you to:

• Take part in or leading risk management consulting teams in analysis, scoping, planning and executing projects to provide the clients with high quality and timely project deliverables

  
  

• Conduct business impact analysis, risk assessment, creating loss scenarios, establishing business continuity strategy & policy, emergency response, crisis management, disaster recovery planning, drills, simulation exercises and trainings

  
  

• Through the execution of projects, undertake data collection, data processing, facilitating awareness training and workshops, interviews with clients’ representatives such as senior management, writing and presenting reports, assessing the current state of the clients’ risk management practices and developing roadmaps regarding improvement areas

  
  

• Support in all sales and business development activities in line

  
  

• Conduct market, trend and competition analysis, supporting team in developing new risk management solutions

  
  

• Have good understanding of the clients’ needs and requirements and accordingly developing client-tailored solutions

  
  

• Support in building and maintaining client relationships

  
  

What you need to have:

• University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields

  
  

• 4+ years’ experience in risk consulting, preferably on business continuity, crisis management, emergency response and/or specific risk areas such as business resiliency and operational risks

  
  

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

  
  

• Manage and execute projects in Turkey and be able to participate at international projects

  
  

• Strong analytical thinking ability

  
  

• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team

  
  

• Ability to research and assess critical data and information to provide the best risk management solutions

  
  

• Must be able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

  
  

• Detail oriented

  
  

• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills

  
  

• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships

  
  

• Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented

  
  

• Having professional certificates with regard to risk management or business continuity management (such as ISO 22301) is a plus

  
  

• Proficiency with MS Office applications

  
  

• Ability to design elaborate and optimal processes, models and frameworks for business and risk information systems

  
  

• A current driver’s license is essential as travel may be required
