Job Description

The holder of this position is responsible for managing the portfolio of KN Turkey's owned and leased properties, overseeing construction projects, supporting the implementation of corporate strategies, and handling technical procurements.


Your Role You will optimize facility management processes in coordination with technical managers and provide real estate solutions aligned with KN Turkey's business objectives. Key responsibilities include portfolio management, successful completion of construction projects, and technical procurement. Your Responsibilities
  • Monitoring the lease periods of the company’s owned or leased properties and negotiating agreements in line with market conditions.
  • Conducting market research to establish advantageous pricing, negotiating deals, and managing the processes for long-term lease agreements.
  • Updating the real estate portfolio periodically and reporting to country and regional authorities.
  • Monitoring the performance of existing properties, conducting profitability analyses, and assessing new investment opportunities, and renewing annual lease agreements and negotiating with property owners.
  • Planning and monitoring the maintenance, repair, and renovation processes of properties in coordination with the Facility Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Identifying new warehouse, office, and facility locations that align with the company’s brand identity, customer profile, and global standards and managing construction, renovation, and site setup processes for warehouse, office, and logistics facility projects.
  • Collaborating with architectural, engineering, and contractor teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Preparing regular project management reports on quality, cost, timelines, and risks, and submitting them to national management and implementing best practices in construction, landscaping, technology, and security, integrating green building applications where possible.
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure efficiency in infrastructure, energy, and water consumption, and managing the licensing, infrastructure, and permit processes for facilities.
  • Organizing the technical procurement processes for equipment and infrastructure used in logistics facilities, working with technical managers, an also conducting price-performance analyses to select the most suitable offers from suppliers.
  • Preparing investment forms and adhering to budgets and effectively managing contract negotiations and supplier relationships.
  • Preparing and reporting on annual real estate and technical procurement budgets.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree from related fields, preferably Construction Engineering degree 
  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience within the logistics and real estate sector, with a strong technical procurement record.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Competitive mindset with excellent negotiation skills and a drive to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A good knowledge of spoken and written English and native Turkish.
