Job Description
- Numerical Simulation for development of High-Pressure Direct Injection components in Gasoline & Hydrogen Engines.
- Preparation of the finite element model and material properties of the components in ANSYS Workbench.
- Modeling and analysis of mechanical systems by using ANSYS Workbench.
- Modeling and analysis of the effect of the pressure, temperature, and vibrational load on the components.
- Verification of simulation results with experimental data.
- Creation of design proposals by using DoE methods.
- Further development of simulation models.
- Presenting and discussing simulation results with internal departments and external customers.
- MATLAB and Python Coding knowledge is asset.
Qualifications
- University graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with numerical simulation techniques.
- Good knowledge of structural mechanics.
- Experience with static (linear/nonlinear) and dynamic simulations in ANSYS.
- Good knowledge in English and / or German language is appreciated.
- Pronounced analytical and technical skills.
- Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures.
