• Numerical Simulation for development of High-Pressure Direct Injection components in Gasoline & Hydrogen Engines.
• Preparation of the finite element model and material properties of the components in ANSYS Workbench.
• Modeling and analysis of mechanical systems by using ANSYS Workbench.
• Modeling and analysis of the effect of the pressure, temperature, and vibrational load on the components.
• Verification of simulation results with experimental data.
• Creation of design proposals by using DoE methods.
• Further development of simulation models.
• Presenting and discussing simulation results with internal departments and external customers.
• MATLAB and Python Coding knowledge is asset.

• University graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with numerical simulation techniques.
• Good knowledge of structural mechanics.
• Experience with static (linear/nonlinear) and dynamic simulations in ANSYS.
• Good knowledge in English and / or German language is appreciated.
• Pronounced analytical and technical skills.
• Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures.
