Position Summary

• Develop and implement action plans that support quality objectives
• Coordination of the lessons learned in the factory application
• Follow-up of departmental costs and ensuring compliance with the budget
• Following CoPQ (cost of poor quality), ensuring budget compliance
• Understanding and meeting customer quality expectations
• Monitoring that customer complaints and major quality problems are appropriately coordinated by quality engineers and effective corrective and preventive actions are taken
• Coaching problem solving teams
• Providing necessary training to quality engineers
• Examine 8D and root cause analyzes before they are sent to the customer
• Access to customer portals and regular performance monitoring through the portal.
• Implementation of expectations as a Swimline champion, monitoring efficiency and efficiency performances

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industry, Mechanical, Environment, Management etc.)
• Min. 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Effective communication skills
• Taking responsibility
• Analytical thinking
• Result oriented
• Team building
• Effective communication in written reporting and presentations
• Fluent communication in English
