Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree preferably in science or engineering
• Minimum 2 year's experience in building/maintaining Quality Systems preferably ISO Standards
• Experience in managing clients and certification audits
• Computer literature (minimum intermediate level on use of MS Office elements)
• Preferable Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, IFS GMP/GDP, HACCP
• Focusing on needs of customers, driving the team to meet service levels,
• Preferable intermediate level in both written and spoken English,
• Strong communication skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably residing near to Gebze area,
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assuring that quality KPIs are followed by all employees and departments.
• Managing SOPs and ensuring that current policy and procedures are followed among the sites.
• Preparing quarterly/monthly business review presentations and lead customer meetings.
• Assuring that no critical observation points are received from global and local inspections.
• Managing and following related regulations
• Following all quality topics as Deviations, Customer Complaints, Corrective/Preventive Actions, Change Management
• Providing trainings to employees
• Attending audits and perform self-inspections.
• Assuring that Good Documentation Practices are followed among the sites.
