The successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities in the Transformers Business Unit and will be based in Tuzla, Istanbul, Turkey. Your Responsibilities; Having an enthusiasm to testing Hitachi Energy’ Transformer Digital Portfolio like TXpert HUB or TXpert Ready Sensor. Making configuration of digital products according to project requirements. Developing ideas to increase efficiency of testing and quality processes. Establish control mechanisms, such as checkpoints, along with Engineering processes and secure adherence (evaluation of deliverables, process outputs and throughputs). Monitor and ensure the supplier performance data, the supplier quality costs and the claims are reported according to PG/PGTR guidelines and instructions. Identify critical to Quality & Test Engineering deliverables. Ensure Verification and Validation practices are effective (e.g. Quality Inspection Cards, Envelope of Confidence, test results, etc.). Managing customer complaints, providing solutions to solve and taking actions to prevent for future projects. Your Background: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; Minimum 3 years’ experience in testing, experience on transformer digital components or transformers is a plus; Strong understanding of electrical standards (IEC and IEEE), systems and equipment; Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the electrical industry; Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills; Ability to work independently and as a part of a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software; Fluency in English both written and verbal; Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
