We are looking for a talented “QA Lead” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

Some of your responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive QA systems to ensure consistent, top-quality product releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Production teams to optimize release processes.
  • Develop and standardize QA best practices, including bug reporting, testing methodologies, and documentation processes.
  • Define and execute test strategies tailored to each project, ensuring robust test coverage.
  • Oversee automation efforts to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Work with quality gate owners to establish thorough quality checks and processes before each release.
  • Analyze test outcomes and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
  • Manage bug fixes in alignment with production timelines and business goals.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
What we look for
  • 3+ years of experience in a QA leadership role, preferably in mobile product development environments.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and mentoring QA teams.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly in mobile applications.
  • Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Familiarity with tools like PostMan, Charles
  • Experience with tools like Firebase (Remote Config, Crashlytics, App Distribution, BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with in-app purchase flows and tools like Adapty is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
