Job Description
- Oversee the Service Solutions (SO) Services category in Turkey, managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes.
- Contribute to the achievement of strategic procurement objectives, including cost efficiency, process optimization, and value creation.
- Ensure transparent and high-quality procurement data to support informed decision-making.
- Drive standardization efforts within the category by establishing best practices, standardized documentation, and streamlined service models.
- Continuously enhance procurement procedures and systems, aligning with global best practices and business needs.
- Foster cross-functional and global collaboration to leverage synergies and enhance procurement effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier network, identifying new partners to strengthen the procurement ecosystem.
- Lead supplier negotiations, ensuring optimal agreements that align with Bosch’s quality, compliance, and operational standards.
- Work closely with HR and supplier teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with sub-contracting and insurance frameworks is considered an asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented approach; independent, enthusiastic, and committed team player with excellent listening and observational skills
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and SAP, with strong keyboard skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Methodical and structured approach to work
