Job Description
  • Finding, negotiation and contracting with supplier and purchasing the material according to project BOM upon approval of direct manager DC/PUE55
  • Responsible for all Project base purchasing activities
  • Ensure cost, qualification, quality and on time delivery of components that meet the project
  • Finding, selection and improvement process of supplier for existing and new parts in the project using competitive pricing analysis; also responsible for ensuring key project milestones are delivered per agreed project Schedule
  • Lead negotiations about conditions within the context of the authority to sign. Evaluate ability to supply, award contract if applicable.
  • Open purchasing orders and follow up the deliveries of parts
  • Coordinating part approvals by working with design and quality team & selected suppliers to get quality related documents such as inspection reports
  • Responsible in purchasing project management of simultaneously managed multiple projects that involves diversity of different parts
  • Coordinates & leads technical supplier discussions with supplier & project team
  • Effectively interacts with the global purchasing team to drive projects using Bosch purchasing procedures
  • Ownership of key departmental key-user functions in one or more of the following areas: Advanced negotiation specialist, activities related with supplier contract documentation, specialist in areas of using Bosch platform for supplier quotes & awarding

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required, Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of working experience in engineering and/or technical project management.
  • Additional education / working experience in the areas of purchasing / costing / cost accounting / manufacturing / packaging / project management process is a plus
  • PMP Certifications /  Negotiation experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge related with engineering, design, CAD, quality
  • Advance in English
  • Excellent in SAP & MS office
  • Excellent in presentations, verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills & being able to work in team environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
  • Working knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, 3D files, various manufacturing process like sheet metal bending, cutting, welding, cast iron and aluminum machining, coating, etc.
