Job Description
- Execute demand planning at the product and customer level, ensuring forecasts are validated.
- Align demand figures with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy for short-term periods, considering phase in/out, events, and cannibalization.
- Collaborate in the S&OP process by preparing demand validation and providing updates on supply chain status, early warnings, and issues.
- Monitor and resolve supply/availability issues, aligning on measures with stakeholders and initiating special transport when necessary.
- Analyze early warnings and ensure shipment tracking with a focus on customer satisfaction and resource optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and availability quota stabilization.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, escalate issues, and align on solutions.
- Maintain and update master data for demand planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning principles, S&OP processes, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, interpreting trends, and applying insights to improve planning accuracy.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and an international mindset; additional language skills are a plus.
