Could you be the full-time Test and Commissioning Manager for the ERTMS L2 projects in Tanzania we’re looking for?


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your Test and Commissioning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Rufino Ortega Lozano (AMECA D&IS Engineering Director), and work alongside the passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates of the important signaling projects we are delivering in Tanzania.


You’ll shape the foundation of T&C for signaling projects assuring the safety and security of trains and digital mobility systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (primarily Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Verification and Validation Manager, Installation Manager), taking care of the testing activities and the final delivery of the system to the customer.


You’ll specifically manage all the T&C activities for the InterFlo450 signaling solution.

  • Availability to work on field also for night shifts

  • Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken).
  • Multiple years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects
  • Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
  • Deep knowledge of multiple signaling subsystems (IXL, ATC, ATS) + system global view
  • Specific knowledge of the ERTMS L2 solution
  • Team management experience
