Job Description
  • Determine the budget, the project management plan and customer requirements for Research and Development (R&D) Department
  • Support the project team to determine, plan, implement, control and complete the necessary steps to ensure project success
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Elaborate and organize technical meetings and project reviews, in conjunction with their team, stakeholders, customers and suppliers
  • Manage and ensure that all potentials risks/issues are properly communicated to all stakeholders
  • Manage all aspects of the project as well as manage and coach the people working on the project
  • Understand project constraints and goals

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments is preferred
  • Minimum 5 year-experience in project management
  • Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and being result oriented
  • Able to work in a very dynamic workplace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team
  • Advanced level of English
