Job Description
- Determine the budget, the project management plan and customer requirements for Research and Development (R&D) Department
- Support the project team to determine, plan, implement, control and complete the necessary steps to ensure project success
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Elaborate and organize technical meetings and project reviews, in conjunction with their team, stakeholders, customers and suppliers
- Manage and ensure that all potentials risks/issues are properly communicated to all stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of the project as well as manage and coach the people working on the project
- Understand project constraints and goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments is preferred
- Minimum 5 year-experience in project management
- Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and being result oriented
- Able to work in a very dynamic workplace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team
- Advanced level of English
