Responsibilities
Empowering the Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams on a daily basis.
Acting as the day-to-day project contact to clients.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines within budget.
Effectively contributing to the project management process, including, but not limited to: Project Plan Development, Project Budget Management, Project Time Management, Project Risk Management, Project Scope Tracking and Management, Project Team Management
Appropriately setting and managing client expectations.
Helping to onboard new clients.
Making sure the quality standards are met.
Developing new business opportunities with existing clients.
Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; an MBA or a master’s degree is a plus.
Min 4+ years working experience within IT and Project Management area.
Strong quality mindset, great team spirit, and being detail-oriented.
Able to work in a very dynamic workplace.
Strong knowledge of software development processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels.
Strong documentation skills.
