Job Description
- MAE and automatization projects leading ( new machine specbook preperation )
- Apply project management and automation knowledge and tools.
- Fulfill project management plan utilizing the specified project team and all other resources.
- Participation and organization project acceptance request studies within plant
- Make decision within approved project management plan.
- Control project scope, time, cost, quality over the project duration.
- Following machine acceptance
- Choose the right automation frameworks, tools, and platforms
- Close cooperation with machine suppliers, development teams and plant on technical topics on an international level
- Leading international and interdisciplinary project teams (design, purchasing, machine suppliers, production, layout, sample shop, series preparation)
- Ensuring the usage of Know-How in individual MAE projects
- Reporting project status regularly to internal customers and management
- Documenting project progress according to quality directives
- Escalate decisions needs beyond project management plan to review board.
Qualifications
- BSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mecatronic Engineering
- Knowledge about project management tools and automation frameworks
- SAP good knowledge
- Very good English skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of German is preferred.
- Rexroth product and production experience is preferred
- Having project management certification is preferred.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment.
- Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.
- Ability to manage one's own time, set priorities, plan, monitor and organize work in order to meet specific time frame and allocated tasks within the role
- Precise and systematic working style with an analytical mindset
- Team-work awareness and the ability of cross departments working
- Understanding of different cultures and working styles
- Good knowledge about Machining processes (milling, turning) and assembly technology
- Willingness to travel domestic and international for machines acceptances
