We are looking for a “Production Shift Leader” in Hitachi Energy at Dudullu Factory - Istanbul.

How you will make an impact:

• To ensure that the production processes are carried out effectively in accordance with the production plans and programs in a way that the determined quality and cost targets are met.

  
  

• To produce in accordance with the work program, projects and specifications, regulations and work instructions and to deliver on time

  
  

• Organizing, controlling and presenting daily and weekly production reports to upper units.

  
  

• Assists management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.

  
  

• Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations.

  
  

• Helps management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages or shifting priorities.

  
  

• Serves as leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.

  
  

• Reinforces focus on volume, efficiency and on time delivery.

  
  

• Ensures the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines

  
  

Your Background:

• Graduation from Vocational School of Higher Education, preferably of 2 years of Faculty or 4 years of Technical Education

  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in production and Blue Collar management

  
  

• Preferably experienced in production processes at transformer factory

  
  

• Being Occupational Safety and Quality focused

  
  

• Strong communication and analytical skills. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.  

  
  

• Knowledge of Business law 

  
  

• Being suitable for 2-shift operations
