Job Description
- Increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and minimizing production costs by continuously analyzing and improving manufacturing processes.
- Planning and implementing machine/tool investments within the field of responsibility.
- Industrializing new HVAC components in collaboration with an international project team, from prototype to serial production.
- Investigating and resolving production problems using appropriate methods and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Overseeing the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborating with quality control teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to maintain the highest product quality.
- Assisting in production scheduling and capacity planning to meet customer demand while ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and working closely with safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- University degree (BSc or MSc) in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, or other technical engineering fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing-related processes and principles.
- Ability to analyze the effects of production process parameters on a product’s mechanical strength, dimensions, or material composition.
- Competency in understanding technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of SAP usage and experience with AutoCAD for layout optimization.
