Job Description
- Responsible from OEE, Scrap Rate, efficiency, ergonomy and the general working conditions of the machine (s)
- Create/update and conduct of a process with FMEA, Control Plan and Process Control Instruction
- Breakdown and scrap reduction, improvement of the machine performance and related KPIs
Qualifications
- Engineering background (mechanical, mechatronics, production, chemical, industrial engineering) preferably with background in manufacturing
- Experience in process responsibility with machine productivity (OEE, scrap rates, consumption elements)
- Knowledge on FMEA, Control Plan, Process Documentation
- Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
- Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English
