Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years in product and sales operations management, preferably in IT.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills for partnership enhancement.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
  • Military service completed or exempt (for male candidates).

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with goals.
  • Coordinate strategic sales registrations with vendors and partners.
  • Oversee procurement, including purchase orders and timely delivery updates to Sales.
  • Manage and process orders in SAP.
  • Keep Sales informed on campaigns, product roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
  • Track inventory for Non-For-Resale (NFR) items to support business initiatives.
  • Manage renewal pipeline for contract renewals and customer retention.
  • Work with Marketing to create strategic action plans.
  • Support monthly financial reconciliation and reporting.
