We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI-powered checkout-free store solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet customer needs while achieving high accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Tezzro’s autonomous store solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and AI team
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align product development with company goals and market needs.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform product decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and iteration.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including checkout accuracy, latency, and system robustness.
• Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and system reliability.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, retail tech, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, especially in computer vision and checkout-free technology.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including retail management team, engineers, designers, and business leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in an agile environment.
• Experience in defining and tracking key performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Turkish or Russian is a plus.

• Experience in retail or AI-powered solutions.
• Background in software development, AI/ML, or data science.
• Understanding of POS systems, ERP integrations, and payment processing.
