We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and energetic team member who will join us as a Software Product Manager in Ankara. A Software Product Owner (often just called a Product Manager) is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a software product. Their role bridges the gap between technical teams (e.g., developers, designers) and business stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for the product.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between development teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder and customer requirements.
  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
  • Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Backlog Management:
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure delivery of maximum value to users.
  • Work closely with the development team to refine and clarify requirements.
  • Release Planning:
  • Define and manage release schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to launch new features and updates effectively.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Define and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate product success.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide future product decisions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and technical feasibility.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
