Job Description

D·engage was founded and is led by MarTech SaaS veterans who have decades of experience growing multiple SaaS companies from the ground up. To achieve our target of growing to a $200 million company within the next 24 months, we are looking for a Product Manager as part of our Product Team, who is agile, results-driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Discover customer requirements by identifying their needs and translating these into specific product specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations to ensure that these requirements are clearly understood and the execution plans align with expectations.
  • Lead sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress using metrics like burndown charts, velocity, and other key performance indicators.
  • Keep up with industry trends and general technological advancements, evaluating new products and companies to determine their potential impact on the company and its offerings, and recommend whether to adopt new technologies.
  • Monitor competitors and perform regular capability assessments.
  • Conduct training sessions for both internal teams and customers on product usage.
  • Organize and oversee beta testing. Utilize database queries to examine performance metrics, assess experiments, and more. Establish criteria for test success and product approval.
  • Support the development and upkeep of comprehensive product documentation.

RequirementsQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for software development processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • General knowledge of UI/UX design and flows, agile framework, software development, scrum approach
  • Willingness to learn and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Fast learning ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
