As HotelRunner, We’re looking for great Product Managers ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

About the job
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring product success and alignment with business goals
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development
- Create clear and concise product requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and specifications
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features
- Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch to drive continuous improvements
- Coordinate product launches and provide support for marketing and sales teams to ensure product success in the market
- Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries and provide stakeholders with regular updates on progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to balance technical and business requirements and manage trade-offs effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Living in Izmir
