Qualifications & Skills Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
· Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and project management
· Experience in data analytics and optimization projects
· Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams
· English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
· No military obligation for male candidates
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Global Operational Excellence Projects by managing cross-functional projects aligned with WCM standards to enhance efficiency across the value chain
· Improve Operational Excellence Platforms through developing and overseeing systems for good practices, project requests and portfolio management to support continuous improvement and operational objectives
· Support Center of Excellence Projects by collaborating closely with regional teams, and various functions to drive excellence programs and achieve efficiency-boosting results
· Enhance Lean Manufacturing to increase machine efficiency, optimize workflows, and meet operational goals
· Deliver Data-Driven Reporting by providing critical insights for management; monitoring performance metrics and ensuring alignment with the corporate excellence framework
· Support Resource and Competency Development by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and building resources and competencies for optimization projects
