Job Description
- Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
- Development and Implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets
- Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
- Responsibility and support for R+D-projects and in-sourcing activities
Qualifications
- Degree in Technical Vocational High School / Associate Degree from Technical Faculties / Chemical Engineering / Materials Engineering
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
- Proven track record for experience of working in cleaning processes or coating or similar surface technology.
- At least 5 years' experience in production or a comparable working area
- Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
- Open mindset to work in an intercultural environment as well as the willingness to travel abroad.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
