What You’ll Be Doing?

• Analyze business processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs
• Develop and implement process standards and best practices across the company, ensuring their adoption
• Evaluate process performance using data and analytical reports to make strategic decisions
• Conduct risk analysis on processes to prevent disruptions and develop proactive measures
• Manage organizational process changes as part of change management, ensuring employee adaptation to new processes
• Coordinate process improvement projects in collaboration with all departments and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
• Explore and implement technology solutions for process automation and contribute to digital transformation projects
• Monitor process performance regularly, report findings, and take corrective actions as needed
• Train and mentor teams on business processes, providing guidance to ensure more effective implementation
• Proficient in using flow and design tools such as Figma-FigJam, Draw.io, and Miro
• Experience in Salesforce CRM management is a plus
