Job Description
- Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts across Türkiye.
- Oversee the development and performance management of the team.
- Ensure the achievement of target vs. actual results within the team.
- Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to application and operational standards.
- Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence.
- Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share.
- Ensure alignment with company priorities in the application of standards.
- Ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to routing schedules.
- Optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity.
- Actively train and work alongside the team to ensure high performance.
- Continuously enhance skills and competencies by working closely with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities.
- In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed.
- Prior experience in managing key accounts and client relationships.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
