We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Plant Maintenance & Facility Management Engineer

• Responsible for keeping up of all machinery, devices, building, infrastructure etc. in good and efficient conditions in terms of operational and HSE manner according to legal and Bosch Rexroth procedures and directives.
• Responsible for new investments of machinery, building, infrastructure etc. in terms of technical, contracting and management manner.
• Establishes and maintains effective maintenance procedures, planning, scheduling, material support and analysis of cost and performance
• Provides technical support and staff to coordination of maintenance related items
• Provide and review proposals for spare parts, new equipment, tools, facilities, infrastructures, auxiliary units and plans for installation
• Be acquainted with local/general environmental/HSE regulations and ensure compliance with all operational permits
• Defines and executes department goals supporting Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) objectives, including the development and implementation of strategies, processes and programs
• Managing required maintenance resourcing (outsourced) as required and make necessary yearly service and maintenance contracts with third parties and part suppliers for the plant, machines, equipment, utilities, infrastructures, auxiliary units
• Efficiently develop and utilize people, equipment, materials, and utilities to meet plant and group requirements for safety, environment, quality, and cost (budget)
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees through proper maintenance of equipment and facilities while ensuring adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
• Ensure and control reliability of production and distribution equipment and facility infrastructure continuously
• Ensure maintenance department personnel are properly trained and skills are developed to achieve departmental requirements
• Support and take responsibility for electrical/electronical projects for products such as electrical cabinets, diagrams, software and others
• Prepare, control and manage the departmental budget both directly/indirectly, and deliver services within budget
• Be part of Electrical Safety, Energy Management and ITM (IT for Manufacturing)
• Developing a technical documentation archive
   

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electrical/Electronical, Industrial Engineering,
• Energy management certification preferred
• At Least 5 plus years maintenance experience in plant environment
• Encourage close teamwork between all functions (Engineering, Productions, Quality Management)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and related software
• Advanced Level of English
• Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation skills.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
