Marsh McLennan Türkiye is seeking candidates for Placement Executive based in the Istanbul office!

What can you expect?

This role has principal responsibility for broking and management of Placement in the region as required.

Reporting to the Placement Director, you will serve as the negotiator and problem solver in obtaining the most appropriate placements based upon client needs.

You will also provide a value-add service to client management teams through application of knowledge and expertise of placement markets

We will count on you to:

• To support Placement Director on local business placement solutions that meet client needs

  
  

• To review and prepare insurance proposal including but not limited to slips, asset schedules, loss analysis and other risk information

  
  

• Ensures a comprehensive analysis of terms received from markets and that the final recommended lead terms are the best for the clients

  
  

• To follow up on policy documentation and tax invoices

  
  

• To drive digital placement platforms for all facilities in MMC Türkiye

  
  

• To ensure that facilities are traded on developed digital platforms

  
  

• Be the first port of call when issues arises on facilities

  
  

• To conduct regular meetings with insurers on performance of facilities

  
  

What you need to have

• More than 1 year of working experience in international broking house or insurance company

  
  

• Has knowledge of general insurance classes of insurance

  
  

• Strong knowledge of excel including pivot table
