Pharmacist / Pharma Quality Compliance Manager

In this key position, you will take responsibility for the quality framework setup and management of the business in ZetFarma warehouse.

Your Role As a Pharma Quality Compliance Manager with a degree in Pharmaceuticals, you are responsible for providing expertise and necessary controls in the supply chain process in quality and compliance within the Pharma & Healthcare supply chain. You will implement and oversee a quality management system in line with GxP standards to meet internal and external customer-specific requirements. You will work closely with the manager, senior manager, operations manager, and QSHE management to steer the Kuehne+Nagel contract logistics quality standards globally. Your Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a sustainable quality system in line with national and international regulations and customer requirements;
• Conduct regular audits to measure the success of the quality system and provide regular feedback to the BU Manager and stakeholders regarding quality system performance;
• Administer, maintain, and develop systems for deviation, CAPA handling, change management, and customer complaint;
• Host of audits by customers, third parties, or Government Agencies;
• Ensure planning and performing quality training regarding GxP; 
• Participation in the selection/introduction/adaptation of a supplier, monitoring all quality aspects, and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, Quality Manual, and relevant procedures;
• Responsible for implementation and coordination of new / revised standards and procedures;
• Implement and comply with all the instructions and requirements of safe work, environment, and property protection.

Your Skills and Experiences

• University degree in pharmaceuticals is mandatory, in-depth knowledge of pharma & healthcare industry, national and international regulations;
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001;
• Eligible to meet the new GMP guideline;
• Two years experience as a pharmacist in the production industry;
• Experience in a Quality Management role, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution service provider;
• Good understanding of Pharma & Healthcare Warehouse Operations &  Secondary Packaging, Serialization (2D), Transport operations;
• Teamworking and customer-oriented mindset, demonstrable leadership skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English will be an asset;
• Conducting release operations for VAS to ensure calibrations and validations are in place and up to date.
